I prefer missions of at least 5 days to ensure effective immersion. For shorter needs (audit, consulting), a fixed-price quote can be considered.
Do you work time & materials or fixed-price?
Both! Time & materials (daily rate) is ideal for evolving projects. Fixed-price suits projects with fixed scope. I advise based on your situation.
What are your delivery timelines?
A scoped piece of work, such as taking over a module or running an audit: 2-3 weeks. A full domain application: several months, cut into deliverable milestones. I always provide a detailed schedule.
Do you offer post-delivery support?
