Career Path
First Steps in Computing - 2001 - 2007
Discovering Digital at Home and School
It all started with my parents' old PC — at a time when having a computer at home wasn't yet common. I spent hours exploring, not really knowing what I was doing, but already curious about everything. At École Robert Desnos, I discovered the Internet, my first email addresses on Laposte.net then Google, and the joys of Word. I even earned my B2i certificate, proof that at that age, I already knew that computing would be with me for a long time.
- Discovery of family PC and Windows 95
- First steps on the Internet
- Creation and management of email addresses (Laposte.net, Google)
- B2i certificate obtained
- Discovery of office tools (Word)
First Digital Experiments - 2007 - 2011
Scientific Workshop and 3D Modeling
At Collège Simone Veil, I had the chance to participate in an unusual scientific workshop: creating an encyclopedia about the sea, in partnership with Ifremer, Océanopolis, Thalassa and the Nantes Academy. It was my first real immersion in a collective project combining science and technology. It was also there that I discovered algorithms with RobotProg and 3D modeling with SolidWorks — moments that clearly nurtured my curiosity for digital technology.
- Creation of a sea encyclopedia (Océanoéduc)
- Discovery of algorithms and programming logic
- Introduction to 3D modeling
Birth of a Vocation for Development - 2012 - 2015
STI2D Baccalaureate – Sciences and Technologies of Industry and Sustainable Development
At Lycée Raphaël Elizé, I dove into the world of technology through the STI2D program, a curriculum focused on innovation, design and programming. That's where I understood that I wanted to make development my career. Outside of classes, I spent my time creating websites with WordPress, designing blog themes on Eklablog and E-monsite, and coding my first desktop applications in Visual Basic. A period where passion clearly took over simple coursework.
- Discovery of applied programming
- Creation of blog themes on Eklablog and E-monsite
- First desktop applications in Visual Basic
- Technical projects and teamwork
- Solidworks
- Arduino
- Visual Basic
- WordPress
- PHP
- MySQL
- HTML
- CSS
University Years and Language Exploration - 2016 - 2019
From Science to Computer Logic
University of Le Mans – SPI Bachelor's Degree
I started with a bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences. That's where I learned to program in C, use the UNIX terminal, and even study acoustics. These foundations allowed me to understand the logic and rigor behind technology.
- First robotics projects with Lego NXC
- Introduction to acoustics and applied physics
University of Tours – Bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science
In Tours, I discovered another way of thinking about code. Logic for computing and functional programming taught me to structure my ideas differently. I also studied data structures with Java.
- Study of formal logic and declarative programming
- Analysis of data structures
University of Rouen – IEEEA Bachelor's Degree
Finally, in Rouen, I deepened the hardware and low-level aspects of computing: combinational logic, imperative programming, and web development. I also discovered computer architecture, which gave me a more complete understanding of what's behind every program.
- Discovery of combinational logic and FPGA chips
- Study of computer architecture
Career Change and Passion for the Web - 2020 - 2021
Web Developer Training – OpenClassrooms (Associate Degree)
During the Covid period, I took advantage of lockdown to refocus on what I was truly passionate about: web development. I followed OpenClassrooms' Web Developer training, where I learned to design modern websites from A to Z, from front to back. This period allowed me to consolidate my foundations, better understand modern web best practices, and confirm my desire to build my career around application development.
- Associate Degree in Web Development obtained
- Creation of several complete web projects
- Learning front-end and back-end development basics
- Discovery of autonomous work and remote training
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- React
- Node.js
- MongoDB
- Express
Work-Study in Application Design and Development - 2022 - 2023
Nexa Digital School & Quanted Square
Nexa Digital School
In training, I learned to design and structure complete applications: Agile project management, design patterns, UML modeling, and software architectures. That's also where I strengthened my Java foundations with Spring Boot and Hibernate, and discovered full-stack approaches combining back-end and front-end.
